Best thing was finding Bill's Olive Oil at the farmers market, I don't know everything about Olive oil, but i can say when we compared it to the Italian oil we had in our cabinet ,and it was processed the same way cold pressed early harvest. Bill's Olives are grow in Greece and harvested from his trees. the taste is clean with a great flavor balance. great for cooking we like it on salads, and vegetables , we will be giving bottles to friends for Christmas this year. We first tried Bill’s Olive Oil at my sister’s and brother in law’s house. We could not believe the flavor, it was by far the best olive oil we have had. Its freshness and flavor have to be experienced to believe. We will continue to enjoy this Oil, as long as you guys stay in business. 😁 It might be a little pricey BUT it is worth every drop.
